About embedded Help messages
Run your cursor over the "i" symbol for key definitions.
How to use contents
- Click the Help
button. Help opens
as a new window in your browser.
- Make sure the contents are displayed. (If they
are not, click Contents on
the top navigation bar of the Help system.)
- Select a topic by clicking on a contents heading.
Help text will appear on the right.
How to search (online Help)
- If you cannot find your page on the contents
list, click Search on the
top navigation bar. A search box
will open.
- Type in a term or terms -- for example -- complete form.
- Click Go.
A list of topics will appear.
- Click the topic closest to the term you entered.
About tutorials
- Help has embedded tutorials.
- To view these, click on their links. You may
need to update or download
Flash Player.
- Please allow time for these tutorials to load.
- The tutorials work best when your browser screen
is maximized.
About the glossary
This Help system has an online glossary. A glossary term looks like
this: glossary term When you click
a glossary term, its definition appears. Click the term again, and the
definition disappears.
NOTE: Glossary terms are interactive in online Help.
They appear in a separate section at the end of the Help PDF.
