Home is a welcome page to the CoA portal.

The Program page is where you record basic information about your program.

Listing all members of your ARO or accreditation team, the Users page is the place to assign staff, colleagues, or coworkers to roles, thus enabling them to log in to the system.

A list of primary and counter signatories for this program.

The Profile page is where you enter and edit basic program and institutional  information, such as names and addresses.

The Officials page is where the program director or APA assign users to official roles, such as president or dean, replace users already assigned to these roles, and add or edit officials’ address information.

Dashboard is a tool for tracking recent emails, important dates, and - for doctoral programs - how a program measures up against thresholds.

A list of APA Self-Study standards with links to individual pages, one for each standard. For high-level users, such as program managers, this page also has a link for selecting in-charge users.

Only accredited programs have this tab for submitting significant program changes for APA review before the next review cycle. Substantive changes are those that could affect a program's overall quality and therefore, its accreditation status.

Email is where you send, receive, and manage emails within the system

On-line Help includes tools for locating a function or feature, descriptions of how each function works, and descriptions of fields, their contents, and acceptable formats. There are also links to tutorials.
