Appointing in-charge users

NOTE: Only program directors have access to this page.

Program directors usually want to assign one individual the responsibility for making sure the program's response to a given standard is moving along at an acceptable pace. The assignment of a known "In Charge User" for each standard is the means of establishing this responsibility. Perhaps only two or three individuals (with many assigned standards) will be identified, or perhaps a different individual will be assigned to each standard.

Click the links for appointing in-charge users on Standards list page. A  page will open with a table displaying all standards and current in-charge users. Go to the drop-down menus in the last column of this table. Select from the drop-down menu. Users on this menu were given access to the Self Study on the Users page. Save. Any user selected as an in-charge user will automatically gain write permissions to the standard.
